Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 was released just this week to commercial success, with over 1 million units sold at Midnigh launch events all over the world. Developer Treyarch is far from simply resting on the laurels: while working on the reported issues on the Ps3 version of the game, it seems like they have some more content in the pipe, namely more game modes.

Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 is already packed with content and different play modes: the main single player campaign features something new for the series in branching storylines where players? choices will affect the current mission and the overall course of the story. These missions are dubbed Strike Force Missions and appear during the future segments of the game, featuring permanent death: success or failure during these missions will alter the outcome of the whole campaing.
Zombie mode makes a glorious comeback with an entire single player campaign: zombies are also present during multiplayer with some more game modes like the Survival mode where up to eight players will survive hordes of zombies and a new Grief mode where two teams of four players will have to fight each other and hordes of zombies as well.

During an ?Ask Me Anything? session on Reddit last night, David Vonderhaar, Treyarch?s game design director, confermed that more play mode will be available in future. He couldn?t share the details since they?re still in development, but he said we can expect ?several?.
